Shipping policy

Each portrait is handcrafted to order and requires 2–4 weeks production time before shipping. Once complete, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off.
